Step 1: Orientation
learn about the equipment we have available at the Makerspace, see a demonstration of how the tools work, and what each piece of equipment could be used for (laser cutter, 3d printer, wood Carvey- CNC router, sublimation printer, vinyl cutter, t-shirt press, mug press).
Understand basic safety for each machine, and the rules, protocol and operations in the Makerspace and
leave with your own keychain made at the Makerspace using the Laser engraver.
Step 2: SIGN UP
Immediately following orientation, participants are eligible to begin their first month of standard membership at the Makerspace.
$35/ month for 24/7 access to our space and tools!

How It Started
We started out in a garage in West Dayton with just three pieces of machinery.
How It's Going
We’ve expanded to 1000 sq. ft. that includes over 15 pieces. We offer memberships, classes, and a space for our community to co-create what we hope the Westside Makerspace to be.
Where we are headed!
We are working hard to expand to an even bigger space, complete with studios/office space for rent, and larger workshops and equipment.
